| Job Description |
Medical Support Solutions provides medical services to a diplomatic mission and their deployed personnel at Mogadishu International Airport in Somalia.
Advanced Life Support Paramedic with emergency medical experience required to provide primary and emergency medical care and trauma resuscitation including care of the critically ill according to current standards of advanced cardiac and trauma life support (such as ACLS/ATLS/ITLS/PHTLS). |
| Qualifications |
ESSENTIAL
Certified Paramedic with ACLS, ITLS or PHTLS;
Minimum 5 years' experience in a pre-hospital setting;
Current registration with a professional body;
Computer literate;
Current police clearance certificate confirming no convictions;
Current driving licence with advanced/defensive/tactical training ;
Fluent in English.
ADVANTAGEOUS
Emergency, trauma, aviation and tropical medicine experience;
PHTLS, ACLS, ITLS instructor;
Remote site experience.
